The Kooks are back and are alive again!  I mean, we are live again.  Tom Simmons, Billy Wayne Davis and I are bringing our bizarre and crazy comedy who to Cincinnati and Chicago the first week of May. The above is just a short promo video of some of what the show will cover. You can’t make sense of the video above? Good. We are trying to make sense of the crazy world that surrounds us and the mixed messages we receive from all of our supposedly legitimate sources.

Kooks is based on the assumption that once you lose your sense of humor about what you believe in, you no longer have the ability to effectively communicate those ideas. Don’t take yourself so seriously and then maybe, just maybe you can have a positive impact on the world and other people around you.

Bring your tin foil hats and your open minds to this show and you just may leave not knowing anything that you thought you once knew. The goal is to have a few laughs as we travel down the road to enlightenment.

The title may be a bit misleading as I have no real intention of expounding on the many reasons I am in love with my girlfriend so hard that Santa delivered on for me.  For that story, click here.  I have been inexcusably horrible at updating the site recently and I always told myself that I would never be one of those people who has to constantly ask for forgiveness for the long delays in between new content updates, so I’m not going to apologize. At least this time. There has been some good reasons for my delay, not really.

However, I do have some what I believe to be exciting things on the very near horizon. Firstly, Carl Treadway VII – Monster Hunter will be having a 2nd Season. The filming of this 2nd Season is to take place in the coming weeks and I must say, that I am thinking it will be my best work yet. If you are unfamiliar with Carl Treadway VII, please click here.

November is shaping up to be the all time best month of stand up comedy for me, to date. I will be doing two weeks in a row with Marc Maron to start the month off. If you do not know him or his comedy, trust me, you will appreciate the art form of stand up in whole new way if you give him a listen. The first week is at Go Bananas and the second week of November, I’m featuring for him in San Francisco at the Punchline Comedy Club. If that was not great enough, then I’m off to Fort Wayne, Indiana, to work with the brilliant Troy Baxley. Somebody punch me in the face, this is too good.

And I’m happy to report that Thanksgiving weekend, I will be headlining down in Tampa, Florida, at Sidesplitters Comedy Club. It is Friday thru Sunday night and should be a lot of fun. I’m hoping to have Carl Treadway VII, Season 2 finished filming and edited by the beginning of December.

Here is something I am really excited about: the United Nations is naming an Alien Ambassador. This means that when aliens “land” here, we will have someone who is the point man to talk to them. This is obviously the next step in slowly getting us to accept that they have already landed* here. Of course, my opinion is that of the wildly extravagant! UFO’s are showing up all over the place and all kinds of great stuff is happening.

The Kooks or Conspiracy Comedy Show or whatever it is going to be called is going to be going up all across the country starting next year. I am excited to be doing this show with Tom Simmons and Billy Wayne Davis. We are going to get crazier and crazier with it and the sky is the limit.

I was once again a guest on the sweet ass podcast, The Detention Show with Josh Sneed and his wonderful co-host Mark Chalifoux.  This time we talked about my album and whether or not being good looking can make up for not being funny.  Also, I am proud to say that for the first time in the history of the show, we fielded live questions via twitter and facebook for me to answer.  It was a lot of fun and you can catch Episode 208 here or on iTunes or by going to the offiicial website for the show.

I will warn you, there seems to be some jumpy audio towards the very end when we are talking about Barack Obama and the introduction of aliens to the world that is coming soon.  Coincidence?  Or the government wanting to stop you from getting the truth?  I think we know the answer.  I have become the show’s resident expert on all things strange and unexplained, which will tell you how limited the budget is for the show if I am the “expert.”  I hope you enjoy  the listen!

We talked about all kinds of things and you know I took this opportunity to slip in some talk about aliens, etc. I would not let you down like that, come on now.

There is a lot of talk about 2012 on this program as you might expect.  Many people think this is the end of the world.  But, I, like many of George’s guests on this show believe it is just the end of the world as we know it.  We shall continue to live, but in totally different way.  Be careful about who you talk to about such beliefs.  I have found that most people, especially recently, find me to be a “qwack job” or “lunatic” when I start talking about it.  But, little do these close-minded people know of the people I have met in my lifetime and of the impossible things I have witnessed, even touched.

Open your mind and let the truth of the universe flow into your brain device as if it is an empty pail.  I hope that you feel as I do, that the new beginning will be something to look forward to, not to fear or fight against.  The Lizard that lives in my brain is telling me to tell you that you must open your mind soon before it is too late.  When has the Lizard ever lied to me?  Never.

I have met a shape-shifter. She did not turn into a dog or a bird. She could simply change her physical appearance, but with no conscious control over it. I have witnessed her doing so. I have another friend that was abducted by aliens and had a later encounter in life confirming it. I also know a young woman that has predictive dreams of the future regarding people’s deaths.

I myself have no special power or ability, but for some reason I keep meeting these people. I do not think that this is an accident. I just wish I knew what I was supposed to do about it? Maybe I can help them harness this power to do great good…or evil. I have not decided yet which would be more fun.

P.S. I have yet to meet a giant, but am sure of their existence.
