here’s another clip from last Wednesday night @ Go Bananas:
If you are like me, you enjoy learning about the absurd and the otherworldy. If you have FOX AM radio and awake late at night, I suggest you check out Coast to Coast AM. It is a great program that discusses nothing but the crazy, strange and by most people’s opinions, the absurd. That is why I love it so much. My brother, Chad, has subscribed to the podcast on iTunes so he can hear every episode that deals with the aliens, out of body experiences and anything else your parents would be too scared to tell you about as a child.
There is a lot of talk about 2012 on this program as you might expect. Many people think this is the end of the world. But, I, like many of George’s guests on this show believe it is just the end of the world as we know it. We shall continue to live, but in totally different way. Be careful about who you talk to about such beliefs. I have found that most people, especially recently, find me to be a “qwack job” or “lunatic” when I start talking about it. But, little do these close-minded people know of the people I have met in my lifetime and of the impossible things I have witnessed, even touched.
Open your mind and let the truth of the universe flow into your brain device as if it is an empty pail. I hope that you feel as I do, that the new beginning will be something to look forward to, not to fear or fight against. The Lizard that lives in my brain is telling me to tell you that you must open your mind soon before it is too late. When has the Lizard ever lied to me? Never.
here is a clip of my bit about Tyra Banks being my nemesis:
I am not sure what that title means, it just came to me in a flash of mediocrity. I’ve been out traveling a lot recently and have had the opportunity to work with some great comics I did not know previously and some that have been friends of mine for a long time. I wish I had some great insight or life lesson that I could relay to you at this point, but to be honest, I am currently in a period of sustained awareness that is has no upside or downside that I can decipher.
I have been transitioning slowly, very slowly into my new lifestyle. I am a single man, 32 years old, $5.12 in my savings account and could not be more motivated to push my life forward. It is difficult for anyone to move into a new phase of life that you had not been planning on moving into ever again and that sums up my last two and a half months. If you want to catch me performing, my schedule is pretty up to date on this site and also on my myspace.
I have a lot of projects that I am working on and I hope that you got a chance to watch the “Trailer – Farley & Charley Show.” It is on this site, so if you have not yet, check it out now! It is something that brings me great joy and I anticipate nothing in terms of greatness for it, i.e. television show, youtube hit, fame and/or fortune.
I’ll be in Erie, PA, this coming weekend at JR’s Last Laugh Comedy Club, featuring for Paul Varghese. It should be a fun weekend. The next weekend, Jan. 22 – 25, I’ll be at the Huntington Funny Bone in West Virginia. Always a blast when I go there and I am looking forward to another great weekend.
I am hoping this website will evolve into my own little “tv channel” of all things Ryan Singer. So, keep checking back to see what new videos and other random stuff I have posted. I have a lot of things in the works and if I can find the time and people to do them all, it should be a great place to kill some time at work or at home when you cannot sleep because you took too much of your roomate’s ritalin.
These are some videos that I hope you enjoy. I find my comedy is best served with a chilled bottle of Crown Royal and a firearm. Please understand that both are to be used responsibly. I do not have any money if you would like to sue me. So, feel free I guess is what I am saying.
Rap Music to Quit Smoking
The above video was filmed at Wiley’s Comedy Club in Dayton, OH. It is one of the clubs that my career started at and I will always love its great ‘club’ atmosphere. Great place to see a show…you should go there…seriously, you should.
I have posted the trailer for “The Farley & Charley Show” and I will be pumping out the series here in the very near future. It is a “pet” project, that was stupid as hell. Someone very near and dear to me asked if, “it was a product of the battle between good and evil going on in your head?” I am not quite sure what the inspiration for it all was, other than it seemed like something really fun to occupy my time with instead of wishing I was dead. I will post it on this site as soon as I learn how to do that. But, for now…
I have discovered from my short time on this planet, that there are all kinds of people out there that are not what most people would consider “normal.” They have many names: freaks, weirdos, etc. I think these people are special. I have had the opportunity to meet some of these people and have a growing suspicion that it is no accident.
I have met a shape-shifter. She did not turn into a dog or a bird. She could simply change her physical appearance, but with no conscious control over it. I have witnessed her doing so. I have another friend that was abducted by aliens and had a later encounter in life confirming it. I also know a young woman that has predictive dreams of the future regarding people’s deaths.
I myself have no special power or ability, but for some reason I keep meeting these people. I do not think that this is an accident. I just wish I knew what I was supposed to do about it? Maybe I can help them harness this power to do great good…or evil. I have not decided yet which would be more fun.
P.S. I have yet to meet a giant, but am sure of their existence.
Hey gang! I’ll be in Evansville, IN, for New Year’s Eve at a bar called Woody’s. It is a “rock bar” or so I’m told, so only time will tell if this was a good decision on my part. I’m sure it will be a blast.
My resolution for the coming year is to get rich as fuck. That’s right, as fuck. It will be so much fun. I am not going to give things up anymore, I am going to start adding and/or taking things. Is that selfish? That is what I am going for, to be more selfish. I have always been selfish, but now I am ready to fully embrace it. It feels good to embrace myself. It is all part of being selfish to embrace one’s self.
I’ll be in Mason City, IL, this coming weekend and will update you on any and all craziness that may or may not ensue in the coming days. This will be the new place for all my stuff, no more myspace, facebook, etc. I’m tired of all that. I like this because it has my name on it. This selfish thing is quite easy.
